**WRLD XYEN Return Policy**


At WRLD XYEN, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:


1. **Eligibility:**

   - Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

   - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.


2. **Exclusions:**

   - Final sale items, including items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales, are not eligible for return.

   - We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.


3. **Return Process:**

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wrldxyen@wrldxyen.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

   - Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


4. **Refunds:**

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

   - Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. **Exchanges:**

   - Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order.


6. **Defective or Incorrect Items:**

   - If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.


7. **International Returns:**

   - International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
